It's a native sparrow.

Looking at the guides I believe it is a white throated sparrow.

Does the TF actually know about the soda cans and PVC pipe from 30 years ago?

^ great macros Gus, yep you were about to wear the 100-400 out :)
I havent used mine since Canada except this morning.....those little focusing gears inside can only move
so many times in a lifetime! Didn't really think about it until now but everything has a lifespan even the
moving parts of a lens eh?

Thanks Robert, yeah it's been a while since I played with the macro lens, though after reading the lens rental guys review of the build quality of the 100-400II lens, I have a feeling that it will more than out last me!

Cheers
Gus

im hoping to be able to get a 7dm2 soon... and will be contributing to this thread. I will be contributing on a well needed side. I see many BIF and wildlife and WOW is all i can say. All others good too but my kids do MMA, Travel Soccer, Deck hockey.. so possibly more sports to start breeding into here.
Just told my wife the bonus amount and how I want a new body/lens. She just doesnt know it is $3k for the 2.. but hell that leave 70% left for her to do whatever she wants with....

So, for those posting such great photos using AI Servo, what is your ITR setting? Does it actually help or hurt in Ai servo?
