This bird was taunting me all day yesterday & already started this morning. It will go to the feeder and as soon as I would try and sneak up it would fly on the pine tree an look at me like this.

Pic is bad, just wanted to know what kind of bird so that is why I am posting.

Purple Finch?

According to my bird book it may be a Rosefinch. They are very common in your area.
