We need to know the point of focus first...

The Bush's look the best in all of them IMHO

took the exact same pictures with my 1D Mark lll and the difference is night and day. Not sure how much of this is the sensor but just the colors alone are amazing! All shot in RAW. I know the 7D is way off but am I just spoiled to my 1D? Ive never had to make adjustment to MA before. All my lenses on 7D are off. This just isn't making any sense.

Focus is dead center on Del Monte. Viewed at 100% the Bush isn't in focus on all 3. That is the problem, even with adjustments everything just looks soft and or OOF.

yes very much so. I always do all my testing within my return period. First body was from B&H with a 30 return. I bought this one from Best Buy because I get a 45 day return ;)

Good! You're in good shape then. I hope you can figure it out. Too bad this camera has to be "figured out" to the extent that it does.

Then again, when the 7D2 works right, it seems really good, and enjoyable to shoot. ;)

First thing I see is that you're not using single center point to do your MA, which is what you should always use. That or these are cropped. Del Monte isn't close to the center of the frame.
