My latest project,

Wow! You shot a car at night, with strobes, then made it fit perfectly into a daylight mountain backdrop - Wow

I will most likely be revisiting the above comp... the more I look at it the more I see stuff I want to change. I feel like the hue/temp of my car isn't matching the background well enough and I think the foreground shadows are too dark to represent where the light is coming from... I'll be doing some more tweaking tonight on it

suggestions anyone?

I felt the same way with regards to the white balance on your GTI vs. your background. Maybe start on the GTI with making it warmer to match your background. Especially since its pretty evident that you had harder light when you shot your GTI.

I would also sharpen the car more and push the contrast. Looks like you brought down the highlights from the original. The comp is on a sunny day, so there would be a lot of contrast. Looks too matte. Hope that helps too ;)

Thank you for the input, definitely helps. I will give that a try and see where I can get. Its been a while since I've played around with PS this much so I'm a little rusty haha
