Please tell me how you're getting flash synch at a 250th when max synch speed for a 6D is a 180th? If I fire mine at 200th I catch the shutter.

I'm shooting with Flashpoint strobes (Rovelight and the older 620m) and using YN622c triggers to hyper sync. This shot was at 1/1250th and I've gone up to 1/4000 without any issue. Works like a charm and have done it for all of my dance sessions in studio.

Since I don't know the first thing about the Flashpoint Rovelight, can you explain how you connect your YN622 to it so it can communicate with the strobe? I know the 622 is set up for hot shoe type of use. Tell me what I'm missing.

My guess is that he's triggering the strobe via the 622 and a pc sync cord connected to the strobe. I've triggered my Einstein e640 in a similar fashion but not above max sync speed. Maybe the rovelite has a long tail burn that allows for higher speed sync.

Sure. I use a pc sync cable to connect the 622 to the Rovelight or the 620m. Each strobe has to have their own trigger (you can get around this for the Rovelight by using their trigger on top of the 622 with a hotshoe adapter). Attach a 622 on top of your camera and your good to go. This only works with some types of strobes. For example AB won't work but Einstein's have super short flash durations where you don't need to bother with this.
