Legacy of Hope Foundation Coffee from Honduras. Not only is it excellent, it also helps fund an orphanage in Honduras.

Added to my list of roasters to try. How do you usually make your coffee?

I use a french press to sample new roasts, or if I want a quality cup. Otherwise, i'm pretty lazy and just make it in a typical pot. I would like to try an aeropress but I can't justify buying one since my french works just as well.

Truly, I'm more interested in the supporting this roaster and what the funds go to. I also personally know the founders and know that every cent they make goes towards the work they're doing.

How about you?

I'll give their beans a try next time I'm buying. I generally do pourover (chemex at home, v60 at work). Planning to add an aeropress to try,

That ... looks pretty amazing! What is in the two containers with the chicken? I would like to see something like that closer to home - thanks for sharing.

It was a vinegar, sweet chili sauce. Went really well with the chicken.

The color on the crust looks pretty distinct ... any chance they fry in peanut oil?

I'm not 100% sure. I'll try to ask next time I'm around.
