Every week we select a new theme, and then go out and shoot that theme. This weeks the theme is Now and Again. As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.

PLEASE READ:

This is a two week Activity. The purpose is to show change. I'm asking that everyone pick a subject and take a photo of that subject and then return one week later and retake/recreate the photo as the scene is now (1 week later).. So pick a Subject, Photograph it and Return a week or so later and Re-Photograph the Scene and show us change..

Show us Change in Now and Again

Here are the rules:
1. Shots need to be taken between Monday Sunset and the following Monday by Sunset (Whenever that is for you ). Because this activity is supposed to encourage us to get out and shoot, please don't post old shots from your archives. Snapshots and art are equally welcome -- just get out & shoot, and then share!
2. Post your shots at any time during the week.
3. Post a maximum of two shots if you're uploading them to POTN (i.e., attaching them). You can post more than two if you're linking to shots that are not hosted by POTN (i.e. embedding them), but keep within POTN rules. Also keep within POTN rules about size. A copy of the size rules can be found here: IMAGE POSTING RULES
That's it! Have fun! As always be as imaginative/creative as you like when interpreting the theme, creativity is what we're looking for.
An index to previous weeks can be found here: POTN WORLDWIDE PHOTO WEEK INDEX

That's it! Have fun!

I think some people are not 100% clear on how to implement the topic.

Now and again makes me think of a time lapse or two seperate photos a before and after and I know for me at least I am not sure how to capture the concept in a single photo.

That's what I got out of it and you can start posting your first one now if you want.

One shot of a subject this week..
Second shot, same subject taken next week..
This is to show change..

Like:
A spring blossom. Taken this week as a bud, next week as a flower
A leaf bud this week, next week a leaf
Snow this week, melted to reveal what is beneath it next week
A construction project this week, progress next week

Is it more clear?

Show change from one week to the next

You've got the idea..
Two photos, like a mini time lapse
1 this week, 1 next week
