Good photo. i would have controlled the shutter speed to show trail lights as cars cross the junction. I would have framed the traffic light out of the photo. Overall interesting colours and distortion 7/10

QUOTED IMAGE

Not the most interesting subject but the lighting is good, looks very professional. 6.5/10

I don't have a lot of experience with portraits, so take this with a grain of salt..

Lighting on the face is good, but chest and shoulders are too bright, as is the lit area of the BG. I would have more space in the direction her face is looking, and less on the other side.

7/10

I know I'm not following the rules, but I have to disagree with the rating of this photo. I love the reflection of the bottle in the facets of the glass, the lemon slice, and crunching the can is brilliant. The lighting is spot on, and the only thing I would change would be to make it a square crop. I would rate 9.9. Great shot! Cheers!!

Every one disagree with any rating, but we know we are rated by only one point of view ... and we depend on the mood of this point of view, it's the game and by posting a picture we accept it.
Your comment is welcome, but IMHO, for the respect of the "rater" too, you don't have to re-rate the photograph ;)

A really nice setting and shot. Not sure how much if any pp was done but could the red be saturated a little more for emphasis? 8/10

Some might say that the sun is blown out, but seriously you have mastered the light as a chief in this nice landscape of Uluru (seems to be Uluru), where the land is well exposed, i love the color cast, i just miss a subject to focus on it a bit more, but i am getting picky for nothing.
8/10

Thanks and yes it is Uluru. I was trying to convey a sense of how stinking hot it was - hence the blow out etc.

Not my type of photography, but I do love cars . I like the way the wheels are turning, but it just looks like it's off centre. Maybe if there was more space to the left so you could get the sense the car is turning or something?

I really like narrow DOF shots - the photo has a chill vibe with slight hint of annoyance (but it is a cat) - I'll say 7/10 - deduction only for not having the far eye in sharp focus.

Conceptually I like the picture but I feel there is too much yellow/orange in the picture. 6.5/10

There is too much blue in the image, composition is boring, vignette is too much and the colors are depressing. 4/10

Good shot. Lighting is great. Love the backlighting. Beautiful subject! It might just be me but it might look better with her hand out of the frame. Otherwise, 9/10. Good job.
