Theron, here are a few more. I've shot this camera in a not too well lit high school gym and the results were ok for internet sharing, but that's about it. I originally bought the camera because I was getting tendonitis from big lenses. I figured that I would use it as a walk around and to shoot the grandkids, but it's pretty capable. I have used it as a second camera at a wedding, feature shots at the Daytona 500, sideline stuff at a football bowl game, and now this. I like this camera so much that I might buy the A7. I think I like it the most when I'm walking back to the car at the end of the day :-)

I understand what you are saying. Try that 50mm 1.8 and you will very happy with it. You can push the iso to 6400/8000 with no issues. Great shots again. Here are a few samples of the HS Bball I was referring to. Thanks again for sharing!

Those look good, especially getting good images in that gym with the incandescent lighting.

Theron, I'm just an old grandpa out having fun. It is fun to carry something like that out where a 1Dx is the norm.

This is my Duck shot:-P

Just unboxed the A6000 and started tormenting the dog immediately. Just a quick "Auto" shot. This is going to be a fun camera !!
