what happened with the whole monitor deal, did you replace it ?

I haven't replaced it yet. I considered that new 27" Acer that runs at 144hz and is IPS but the whole gsync, 1 input limitation kills all gsync monitors for me. So now I'm watching all the new freesync monitors as they are being released. I don't actually care about freesync but some of them are fast IPS monitors like the Acer.
