I brought my 50D with a rented 100-400mm L v1 and my Rebel XT with 18-55mm for static displays. Loved the rental and was a little sad to send it back. I had next to no experience with anything over 135mm. I learned so much that day. I only hope I can remember it all for next year haha.

Lighting on the vertical harrier shot is great. Nice Flickr set too.

Solid set of photos. Goes to show one doesn't need super-expensive camera gear to get good shots.
You should post your P-51 photo.

Thank you so much for the kind comments, everyone!! I had an amazing time and can't wait to go next year. I may try out that new Sigma 150-600mm C next time, but that 100-400mm L was very fun to use as well!

Great shots, really like the vertical harrier shot - don't see many portrait shots of aircraft and that one works really well.
