Managed to get some shots of the Korean Friendship Bell the other day before it rained.

Nice shots. I like number one the best with no 3 slightly behind it. Number two is too boring in comparison with your other two shots. Great work :)

Thanks David! I agree with #2. I was probably too far away for that one.

I've shot the Bell numerous times. It can be a bit challenging when there's people all around it. You did an excellent job though.
May I suggest a tweak in WB? I know it was cloudy that day (I was shooting in DTLA at that time too), but the pics look like they could use a little warming up maybe?
Of course, don't mind me if you disagree. :)

I like it in B&W. Of course I've been on a B&W kick lately...

How you liking that Fuji? I just got the X100T and am considering dumping my Canon gear for the Xt1.

Yeah, I have been liking B&W too. I just need to process B&W better. :P I've been pretty happy with the XT1. I sold my 5d2 and a bunch of lenses to move over to Fuji. (I don't have the money to maintain both systems.) I love the dials on the Fuji and the EVF. I wish it had more megapixels. The extra megapixels would help for showing images on the 4k and above screens. I don't think printing would matter much unless you are printing really really big. The AF isn't as good as the 5d2 but hopefully it will get better. I like the IQ on the Fuji better but others have claimed different. I also like Fuji as a company better. They seem to listen to their users better than the other companies. I was really looking at the Sony A7 but the system was more expensive, focused worse, had less lenses. I felt that the XT1 was a better all around camera. Then again, that's my opinion.

Beautiful serie where the first one and the B/W version grabs my imagnation most because of compo.
Fascinating building.
Well done.

WOW great shots and able to get it without anybody present.
It seems that when I go there's way to many people present.
The restoration work is just wonderful and we are lucky to have it.

Thanks all! Yeah, had to be a bit patient when shooting there because of all the people. The clone tool helps too. :P

Nice shots. Been here couple of times, but always too many people, and I'm usually on my way to Rancho PV.

For #3, I would like to see how it would look with a little more foreground.

Some cameras, some lenses
