Funny, I seem to recall a lot of Canadians visiting Arizona, So. California, and Florida in the winter. I wonder where the frozen tundra folks will go after they annex a few northern states and put up the wall? :p

This is beginning to sound a lot like Game of Thrones...

Another state to include would be Alaska. Maybe we could get Sarah Palin to govern this newly formed nation. :)

If Sarah Palin is to govern, I'll stay down here, thank you.

Oh yeah, and Justin Beber has to be given US citizenship, and have his Canadian passport rescinded, as part of this accord.

Nope, he's yours. You get to keep him.

Nice :)

I've decided with recent events in my life, I'm closing my shop, taking some time off and then I don't know what.

That sounds kinda good too.

Well, except for the "recent events in my life" part.

become a photographer?

you should get a VW camper van, and see all 50 states!!

Sometimes you need a good time off to reset yourself, esp after recent events.

I wish I was in a position to do that.

Picked up a baby tripod today. Sirui T-025x travel kit. Weigh =732g, length folded <12" supposed to hold 6kg.

Specifically for travel, it'll pack away inside the backpack. Seemed ok with the 1D4 +L plate, 24-105 combo on it (2329g). Time will tell.

I'll need to weigh it down with a bag on the hook when shooting, a strong breeze could topple it.

Not bad, busy with work as usual and I'm getting out to do a little photography each weekend. How about you?
