What is the maximum number of exposures that can be taken in auto exposure bracketing for Canon T6S/760D? Is it 3 exposures at a maximum of +/-2 EV like in the previous rebel series?

And to help you,

On page 160 it says: "up to +/- 2 stops in 1/3 stop increments with three shots"

So yes, your assumptions seem to be correct.
