Archer1960 thanks a lot. These were handheld because my stupid monopod snapped its mounting screw and luckily I was still holding the camera tight when it happened. Cheap monopod yikes!

You are creating some seriously sharp, detailed and amazing pics with that 7dii and Big Tammy combo, I am sad to say mine isn't quite that sharp.
Did you MFA? I have done some tinkering with mine but it doesn't seem to make a big difference.
