Hi all guys,
just a quick info for the Tamron's owners.
I am an official MotoGP photographer based in Italy, and I need a long zoom.
The Tamron seems a good solution for me.
Do you have experience in shooting motorsport with this lens?
In the specific I have a Canon EOS7D, and my question is: is the Tamron's AF in AI-Servo mode enough quick in focusing and in following the MotoGP's bikes?

As much as I love the Tamron, I will be the first probably to say that if you're bread & butter is panning with things, the Tamron may not be the right fit, IF you want IS/VC/OS while panning specifically. If you're not worried about panning, then nevermind this.

The Tamron can keep up with a bird in flight, so a motorvehicle/bike is not that difficult.
