Setup: 5D3 with 16-35 f/4. Polarizing filter to see through windshield. Camranger to remote trigger camera, iPad in the cabin with me...Phottix Odin controller to fire 580EX II on console inside for some cabin light. Drive down my street at 30 mph...

Thanks, Gart. The suction cups are Woods Power grips. The one the tripod head is mounted to is the 6" version, it's supposed to hold 70 lbs. Since the body metal of modern vehicles is so thin, I used two 4" cups and line to stabilize the camera. And since the camera was tethered to the other two cups, I figured all three wouldn't let go at once, I little piece of mind when you add up the dollar amount of gear going down the road at 30 mph. :)
