hmm... what was lame? Still trying to put on the same act?

Ever since the drummer OD they were never the same. Sad, they were what I felt a great band with great music too.

It's just cringe worthy to see how far this band has fallen, they changed a generation of kids (myself included), leave it there and move on. Change the name, the only remaining member is BC.

Yup. To me Smashing Pumpkins is/was Billy, Jimmy, James and D'Arcy. Not whatever mix they have going at the time.

Totally agree. I still love Siamese Dream, I just cannot stand this incarnation of their live show.

was happy to spend 5 bucks to see them in DC when gish came out.

i think the last time i saw them was in nashville when siamese dream came out....both times were great.

i really don't think i've listened to either record since the late 90's.

ps....the pics are great as usual.

not drowning...just waving.

Even if they're crummy now I would still love to see them! They were huge when I was a toddler, so unfortunately I'll never get that privilege.

Saw them twice a couple of years ago, nothing is happening onstage that was crap. First shot is cool for eye lock and well the others reflect what is happening on stage :)
