My everyday ritual, visiting POTN around 250 times a day.

Realized that i'm more of a POTN hobbyist than a photography hobbyist :-P

This!

My wife also says that buying and selling gear is more of a hobby to me than photography. She might be on to something there

Between midnight and 1am, I finished photos from a car event on Saturday called Katies Cars & Coffee. While I've posted a few photos elsewhere on PotN, here's another from the day. The car in the foreground is a Lamborghini, and the one in the background is a Scion FR-S.

Today I'm planning for a high school girls varsity soccer game at the local high school, working out the equipment I want/need, as well as camera and lens settings. Girls sports rocks! At this game I get to finally try out my new (used) Canon 100-400mm Mk I lens.

Spent almost all day with my camera, something that is seldom scheduled (all day, that is). Started with visiting a very active migration area (birds) and ended with a tour of a local water pumping station (100 year old pumps and machinery) Enjoyed both very much.

I went out to my local lake at 5AM to take some blue hour and sunrise photos. Unfortunately, all the gates were locked. I drove around to some other spots but couldn't find anything worth shooting before the Sun was up.

Then I came home and took a nap!

Mailed prints to a client (ballet).

Prepared and packed camera and monopod for girls varsity soccer game. Using the new (used) 100-400 Mk I lens for the first time tonight (beyond testing of course). Can't wait!

Wow! It looks like you have some really nice local opportunities! Is that a female Red-winged Blackbird in image #1?

"Your" and "you're" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"They're", "their", and "there" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one.
"Fare" and "fair" are different words with completely different meanings - please use the correct one. The proper expression is "moot point", NOT "mute point".
