I went up to Pittock Mansion to photograph the rising full moon over Portland. Unfortunately, the haze disrupted proceedings a little but I'm still happy with the results. It was also my first time visiting Pittock Mansion. I converted a couple to B&W because all I could think of when I was watching the moon rise with Mt. Hood there was Ansel Adams' style of photography. Enjoy, CC welcomed!

Very nice. Visited Portland a couple times now, but have yet to make the trip up for that view. Looks like you had a great night for it.

Thank you! It would have been a perfect night had there been no haze!
