We had this theme last year so I had to look for new ideas. And what do you know, the gulls gave me some. Here's a shot taken at dawn from my bedroom window that I like.

Got this idea tonight while getting ready for bed. Grabbed the camera & took a pic. It's not the greatest photo since it's such a high ISO (5000) on the 7D, but it fits the theme for this week. Lots of reflections here.
I have other ideas for later. I just hope I can get to them.

Natural light was scarce today--heavy overcast most of the time--so I had to bring my own light. Getting mileage out of that cheese board . . .

Awesome shots, girls and guys! Love them all :)
Her is mine, really nothing special just a reflection of a sink in a faucet, color wasn't that hot, so converted to B&W

That is a stunning shot Levina! Hang that on your wall, printed on a metalic paper..
or send it to me ;)

IDK Renata.. interesting, but I cannot figure out where the faucet begins or ends :-P
Interesting however!

joayne, I know it's confusing but I liked the abstract aspect of it, particularly the rim of the sink reflecting in the column. Here is the set up :)

Cool shot, Levina. I couldn't tell what it was on my phone, but it's pretty neat when viewed on the computer.

I like your shot Renata, but I like the picture better cropped in half (taking out the top of the faucet that's out of focus).

The strawberry reflection is gorgeous, John! How did you do that!
The other item is great too, I just don't know what it is :)

Great reflections, John and Christy.

That's closer to what I was thinking, Renata. :-)

Here's one I took tonight.

Thanks for all the nice, positive comments on my minimalistic shot. I just realised it's not a gull at all, but a Heron. And it's flying away from us. Oh well...

More nice contributions.
John_B, those are excellent.
Love the deer, Christy. It's a really pretty Spring image.
I prefer the second crop too, Renata. Looks cleaner this way.
Talking about 'cool', Stina. That is one cool shot!
