Hi folks. I am a retouchup.com user but it has been over 80 hours and the files I sent them to get retouched have not been edited and I can't wait any longer. I never had such a delay. I have some photos where a symbol painted on a wall was blown out by my flash. If you have any suggestions let me know. Thanks.

How many files are you talking about? Might post one here for reference.

Thanks for the reply. Retouchup.com got back to me and did a good job, a few days later than I wanted but they still did good

That's actually dirt cheap. I do some side work as a freelance retoucher, have booked jobs as high as $80/hr for some jobs (and I'm barely mid-level at best), and average closer to $35-40/hr for most things (most here at the mid-level charge between 30-50/hr). I don't think they're particularly great at what they do (based on the samples), but for that price if you're ok with that quality of work it makes sense.
