Sharing some good cheer from our Memorial Day BBQ selfie. And if you haven't cooked on an egg, I'll tell you that there's nothing like it.

Cooked 2 butts Sunday into Monday. Wish I could teach the dog to read Dr. BBQ. Check out a new book called "Smoke it like a Pro". Written by Eric Mitchell. All recipes are done on a Big Green Egg, had mine for 8 yrs. Set it and forget it. Chris

Thanks for the great advice. I've got it in my Amazon cart. Later,

I second this. Not only that, but I immediately recognized this as a Texas backyard. Looking at OP's location he is in Huston... I've never even been there! Only Dallas.

My Memorial Day weekend was surrounded by drunk college friends trying to grill frozen hamburgers. The quality of the food wasn't quite there, but it was fun :)

LOL... The ol' master plan suburban six foot unstained (By Regulation) cedar cell gives it away, huh.
But I'm still representin' the 4-1-2. Go Steelers!
