She looks out of focus. And it's not level.

As above, like the pose, like the location, it's just a shame none of the image is in focus at all. Great idea, poorly executed...-?

I agree with this statement. The pillars in the pier would have framed the subject nicely if you stepped to the right. The focus on these photos need to be spot on or it distracts from the image

This one looks to be in focus. Not really digging the tilt.

it is 'tilted' to make it look like she is upright - which she isn't

Hockey and wedding photographer. Favourite camera / lens combos: a 1DX II with a Tamron 45 1.8 VC, an A7Rii with a Canon 24-70F2.8L II, and a 5DSR with a Tamron 85 1.8 VC. Every lens I own I strongly recommend [Canon (35Lii, 100L Macro, 24-70F2.8ii, 70-200F2.8ii, 100-400Lii), Tamron (45 1.8, 85 1.8), Sigma 24-105]. If there are better lenses out there let me know because I haven't found them.

Yes. It would have been better to wait until she could get level with the horizon. Also the face is OOF.

That one is out of focus also. It is hard to get the framing correct under a pier because all of the lines and angles. Make sure you get good lighting also. The subject, horizon and the pillars need to be even or level.

Here is that I did recently minus the yoga.
