We are on a trip in Montana right now, and the rich greenery is something I am in love with (I'm a native of Washington state so this looks much more like my home turf than the deserts of Arizona). I have more images to share, but this one is really special to me and I figured it could perhaps stand on it's own. So instead of my usual over-sharing, I thought I'd put this one up here as a solo share, and maybe I will share some of the others I've taken on our trip in another post later on. :) I absolutely LOVE rich, dramatic, moody images and this one has quickly planted itself firmly in my all time favorites list.

what lens did you use? This is a magnificent photo: moody and alluring; warm and mysterious; innocent but foreboding;in my view, one of the best i have seen on POTN! IT really is moving. thanks for sharing
