Picked one up for my nex5r before Xmas and find it brilliant, I would have liked to get a wider focal length with the crop factor but still its tact sharp and fast focusing.so no complaints here.

idsurfer Cream of the Crop More info | Nov 12, 2016 10:10 | #23 I'm downsizing. Coming from a simple 5D3, 35mm,85mm set up I'm trying to figure out what an equivalent higher quality Sony aXXXX set up would be (looking to stay in the E mount, not go FE mount) . I like what I see from this lens on Flickr. Not a lot of action in this thread. Is it that not many people on this forum are using this set up and lens? Is there another forum I should be looking to read some discussions about this lens? Anyone care to chime in with general impression of this lens? Thanks Cory

Don't know why there isn't more action in this thread especially give how affordable this lens is. As far as other forums goes there is DPReview ,https://www.dpreview.com/forums/1042 "No matter where you go, there you are" Buckaroo Banzai

idsurfer Cream of the Crop More info | Nov 12, 2016 10:43 | #25 Haha! Yeah, your right about forums! I somewhat liken this lens to the canon ef 85 1.8. Very similar in price with seemingly fine IQ. Of course this lens would only be 75mm FF equivalent. Too bad it isn't just a bit linger. Regardless, I think I'll be giving it a try. Thanks. Cory

Any thoughts? Hasn't been dropped or anything, so I'm pretty bummed. Also out of warranty.
