I like the general look, but to my eye, there are a couple of distractions. Her right eye looks much sharper than the left, yet they seem to be on the same plane; a couple of small blemishes on her left cheek that jumped out at me, and once I noticed them they really stand out; and lastly, and this is definitely a personal bias, I don't care for the ring light reflections.
