Busy weekend with way too many photo's to even know where to start so a quick random selection:

We had great suits on timid characters

IMAGE: http://www.davidstallardphotography.com/Petrol-Head/Cars/Hotrod-Custom-show-23-05-15/i-2Kvx3Mt/0/XL/Hotrod%20show%2023-05-15%20%200025-XL.jpg

We had mad hotrods (being photobombed by a minion)
IMAGE: http://www.davidstallardphotography.com/Petrol-Head/Cars/Hotrod-Custom-show-23-05-15/i-ckMpbG6/0/XL/Hotrod%20show%2023-05-15%20%200165-XL.jpg

And some classic rods
IMAGE: http://www.davidstallardphotography.com/Petrol-Head/Cars/Hotrod-Custom-show-23-05-15/i-JkGTfH2/0/XL/Hotrod%20show%2023-05-15%20%200181-XL.jpg

Had some winners
IMAGE: http://www.davidstallardphotography.com/Petrol-Head/Cars/Masters-Brands-Hatch-24-05-15/i-ZSNZsbr/0/L/Masters%20Brands%20Hatch%2024-05-15%20%200433-L.jpg

and some losers
IMAGE: http://www.davidstallardphotography.com/Petrol-Head/Cars/Masters-Brands-Hatch-24-05-15/i-jbK22fR/0/L/Masters%20Brands%20Hatch%2024-05-15%20%200741-L.jpg

My favorite shot of the weekend - light rain, gray skies, arms hanging off due to handholding the 200-400 all day and then I get this at 560mm

But all in all a terrific weekend - can't wait to get back to work now for a rest lol

I went to Cold War Jets this weekend and they had some large R/C planes there... I had a quick play on photoshop to produce this... I might do another to get rid of the seams, actuators etc.

Great shots David the hot rods are amazing and the last one is a corker.

Radders I thought it was the real thing when I first saw it until I read it was a RC aircraft.

Here's a couple from me I've been practicing for some product photography I've got coming up.

Time to wake the thread up, yesterday Kristina had an MUA job at Nunhead Cemetery and as her chauffeur I took a few snaps while I was there.
This is an extreme crop of St Paul's but I didn't think I needed a long lens.

I thought I was in a scene from the Omen as this crow wouldn't leave us alone.

And I caught Kristina while we were waiting for the shoot to finish.

Sorry Dom, got caught up with racing again, loving the second shot except the B&W conversion (just not a fan of B&W - personal choice)

Just a couple of race shots from last weekend for you:

Going to try a bit of wildlife for a change in the morning - so I may be back with something other than cars lol

That's ok David I liked it just because it was a bit different from what I've been doing recently.
Here is the colour version, these were all natural light by the way.

Loving the car shots well done, what have they been putting in the fuel both are spitting a bit of flame there, and good luck with the wildlife.

Hi guys,
Checking in after a bit of a break. My wife recently gave birth to a second daughter so life has been a little hectic.

B.B. (Before Baby), I have been pursuing urban exploration photography. There is surprisingly a lot of places in the France/Swiss/German tri border region so I've been visiting with a Swiss photographer in the last couple of months.

Cyklonkessel S, abandoned power plant in the Black Forest

Dom - superb in colour (but then I would say that) fuel - just normal road fuel, but they do set them up to run a little rich on the over run hence the flames when they back off the throttle. Always makes for a cool shot I think.

Dennis - just outstanding, would love to get a chance to walk around let alone take a camera, and I agree - how can some of these places just be left empty - the mind boggles.

Richard - first one for me although maybe the poppy further to the right of the frame would work just a little better (did say 'maybe')

.DAVID.
