f/8 will be sufficient and give you sharper picture than f/11.
And expose correctly and don't drag saturation and contrast to a billion in post.

I've had the 10-18mm STM since it first came out. One of those bang for your buck lenses which is a heap of fun to use especially at the wide end. Great image quality.

I haven't had the 18-55 STM but my 24 STM is tack sharp wide open. And who cares, the 18-55 @ 24mm is f/4, meh :)

The 24 STM is sharper @ f/4 than the 18-55 STM is @f/4 @ 24mm
