I decided on getting the P&K app. It's very thorough. easy to use and has some great features.

Today's exploration found a couple of eagles soaring through the air. I captured one doing a barrel roll. The action was quite high up so the pics are a bit fuzzy.

That top right shot is great, clearly shows the landing gear pointed up.

Great shots, never been able to catch one yet. They're either way too high, or the odd one I see on road kill is in a place I can't stop to snap it.

I've got wedge tails by the dozen. I live on the edge of The Great Northern Highway (850kms north of Perth) so we've always got roos that have been hit by trucks. The eagles, kites and crows all descend for a feast.

The funny thing about them is that they will stay and eat while cars and trucks are driving past but as soon as you stop and try and creep up on them, they fly away. They're to smart for me on some days.

Great pics everyone and good to see plenty of posts on the thread.
Kevin, it looks like you are going to have fun with the new lens.

Here are some BSK shots from early this month.

Having a stretch.

Thanks Gus.

They are copulating like crazy at the moment so it wont be too long and they should be sitting om the nest.
Can't wait for the juvies, love their plumage.

I caught the food exchange tonight, male on the left has just handed over his Ring-tailed possum catch to the female.
She barely spent enough time to say thanks before returning to the hollow.
