I've been taking a lot of bright colourful portraits lately, and trying to prove to people that you can take a good portrait just about anywhere.
Stepping away from bright and colourful though I decided to go a little more darker with this image. Taken in the middle of the day, in the shade in front of a crappy looking bush with one speedlight in a smallish softbox.

No scrims? D+B'ing? The light just looks like it's dancing on her face. If not, grats on a well placed model! So well done. I just can't stop staring at this one. I don't know what it is...

In postprocess I use DB, FS, Conturing, and color toning, notihnig else.
