Loving your shots. Would have been interesting to see the ship shot at f/1.8
Cheers. Sorry, didn't shot that one @f/1.8. I try to avoid shot wide open as the CA is pretty bad.

Best as in calibrated to my 70D. Great shots!!! Ryan Mackay WEBSITE

Jun 24, 2015 02:24 | #155 After breaking my 50 years ago, I went to the 50mm 1.4, then the Sigma 30mm 1.4 and now to the STM and have to say it's a great little lens. I don't know why anyone would. That'd be like comparing oranges to bicycles. :P This is essentially just a better built nifty fifty with some different coatings. It's in a completely different league, altogether. For what it is though, it can't be beat as far as I'm concerned. I own this new 50 STM as well as the 50 Art. The only reason I bought the STM was because my wife prefers the size and weight over the Art lens. Ryan Mackay WEBSITE

Like your wife, I prefer the size and the weight; that's why I was asking and was thinking on selling the Sigma 50 ART but would probably regret it by the quality loss. SHHHHH I'm adding it to my cart right now!! lol I'm actively lazy!!

SHHHHH I'm adding it to my cart right now!! lol You shelled out the $$$ for the Sigma in the first place though, clearly because you care about quality. Why go back now? It isn't 'that' heavy! :P Ryan Mackay WEBSITE

I loved my Art but it was heavy, which is why I bought the STM, so small and light but doesn't feel like a toy 5D4 ~ 80D
