I didn't realize the Amish were in Texas.

I think most Amish just aren't real crazy about being photographed. Most just subtly turn away if they see a camera pointed in their direction. Depends a lot on the order as well.

These were taken in Indiana. Look closely at the driver's left hand in the first shot. Not sure if he usually holds the reins that way or not.
