Been following this thread for a while now and it had convinced me to buy the 2.8 instead of the F4 I had originally planned to get...Took the plunge and ordered it today..

Got home from work today and it was waiting for me !!!
It is quite a big lens but the build and feel of quality is top notch..focusing seems very fast and precise but as it is raining here I will have to wait to try it out...hope to post some photos at the weekend.....excited is an understatement..

This is a pretty good example of why I couldn't justify keeping the 135L. Tack sharp at f/2.8 with the added benefit of IS.
