While hanging out with friends for the 4th I had the opportunity to shoot a local show from the distance, as well as local mortars on the beach at night. This was a fun experiment; I look forward to doing it again next year!

Looks very good Eric.
I'm always too lazy to shoot fireworks.
I'm not sure why.

Thanks Jeremy! :) It's usually too crowded when I've gone out for fireworks in the past and I haven't wanted to contend with the tripod, etc. This is an open enough location that that wasn't such a problem.
