Can I ask how you got the vantage point for the vault images? I always find vault very challenging to shoot because I feel like I can't get high enough.

As luck would have it, at this particular field there is a bit of a rise at one end that you can stand on, probably about 3-4 meters above track level.

Good job on the vault. Never was my favorite to shoot because of the low angles I always had to shoot from.

Overall really like the separation you got in the photos. It really makes the subjects stand out. I like the composition as well.

#4 would work really well if you got the guy in the center really tight. Good timing and emotion in the photo.

The only one Im not really digging is #2. IMHO it doesn't compared with the rest in the set. The tower in the background is pretty distracting and personally think the timing is slightly off for the shot. Maybe a frame or two forward or back (if you shot continuous).

Thanks, appreciate your observations. Yes #2 is not the best. #4 was tough as the front runner was a bit off centre from the lane 4/5 position I usually try for.
