I'd be intested in which lens and flash you're using and any tips. These are amazing!

I'm using an old Sigma 105mm (pre OS version) and a single Yongnuo YN600 EX-RT on an old L-shape camera/flash bracket modified to fit a ball-and-socket head for the flash. The flash diffuser is just two white polystyrene picnic plates stapled together and positioned directly above the lens, the closer you get the diffuser to the subject the softer the light, move the light source and diffuser away from the subject and the light becomes harsher. A small light like a flashgun becomes a large light the closer it gets to the subject, which results in softer lighting.
