Thanks for reply ,the lens is perfect and it does not have focus issue but I have shaky hands and I know my technique is not very good . I never had that much problem with my other lenses . I could take sharp photos at 1/60th with 85 1.8 and 1/10th with tamron 70-200 vc (non moving subject).

I wonder how others can take sharp photos with much slower shutter speed.-?

One trick I learned with any lens that doesn't have IS, is to set the camera to burst mode and take a few shots in quick succession. Usually out of 4 or 5 one is pretty good. I do this a lot when trying to photo waterfalls at 1/8 to 1/10 second exposures even with IS. And I tuck my elbows as tightly as possible into my sides. Or get down on one knee and rest the elbow supporting the camera on your other knee. This gives you quite a bit more stability.

O i know Gonzo, i've been fighting to resist it for years but as the Borgs say in Star Trek. Resistance is futile when it comes to the 135/2. :)

I'm selling my Sony RX100 Mark III to fund this purchase as soon as possible.

I don't reply much but am in awe of your flower. Absolutely amazing. Was the flower at an angle to get the stamen and petal both in focus at the same time? Also, the flat curves added in PP are on point. Very much enjoyed.

I appreciate it : ) I got lucky with the focus, the flower was deep, and the tip of the petals were on the same focus plane as the stamen so it made for interesting dynamic at F2!
