More Haleakala.
Haleakala crater at 3 am. Brightest moon I've ever seen. You could easily hiked without a flashlight! Kapalaoa Cabin.

Thats excellent! I plan to hike it when I am in Maui in a couple of weeks, looking forward to it!

My wife and I are going there for a nice getaway, and I would like to get out one night and take some star photos. Also, what about lush and green? I know that the Big Island is quite rocky, but are there any recommended places to visit with that 'classic' Hawaiian green foliage? Thanks. | kiapolo.com
