I have a couple of questions, theres so many info here but I, 398 pages thats insane! I will catch up to you guys. Anyways here it goes:

1. How does the HSS mode work? I currently use a yn 568 for HS and although it works great sometimes I wish I had a little more power. Also hows recycling time

2. My girlfriend carries the speedlight with a westcott 26 rapid box in a sure paint pole. Hows the weight compared to a speedlight?

3. Whats the difference between the cl-360 and the Godox Wistro AD-360?

The ad-360 is probably about 2xs the weight of the 568.

I don't think there is AD60. The 360 units are all the same under the skin.

On three, only the shape of the letters of the brand name. Even the inkt may be the same.

1) you can use hSS with either the Cells II transmitter on camera (the regular FT-16 transmitter won't work) or something like the YN-622 plugged into the 360 with a sync cable (won't work on the hotshoe). Works just like other HSS. You can also use 1/1 power hypersync (not HSS0 that will give you a bit more power.

2) the battery cable that comes with it doesn't really like to be stretched out much. I would get an extension cord to get the battery all the way down to the bottom of the pole.

Good to know because the cheetah light is out of stock right now, I just wanted to make sure because Im buying accessories, transmitter and receivers from cheetahstand.com

Cheetahstand has excellent service I am told, so that maybe makes the extra wait worth.

abbadon31, what brand ND filter do you use? I have a couple cheap ones and they really suck.

I use Hoya ND filters the one thats always on my lenses is the ND16

Going from film to digital we stopped using the darkroom for printing pictures and went to the darkcamera nowerdays.

if anyone needed another reason to like buying from Ed at Cheetah Stand, I like that he works late.

just got an email saying that the 360 combo is available to order again. Almost midnight his time, one am here, but these photos won't crop and color correct themselves. I suspect the flash units won't do their own quality control or ship themselves either.

edit: gonna post this too, because, well, both Ed and Townes are from Texas.

Finally bought the Cl-360! Cant wait to give it a go! Also bought a grid, a CellsII-C, protection cap and a 2 to 1 Cable.

Which modifiers you use with it? your favorites and also wich one would you recommend me for a wedding? I always use a speedlight on a monopod with a rapidbox so it has to be lightweight.
