Show us your team photos

I thought it would be a nice idea to share team photos, to give other photographers ideas of what works and what doesn't.
The photo I've added was my second ever attempt at a team photo, I kinda had to wing it and pretend that I knew what I was doing and I'm really happy with the result.

Here's one I did a few years ago for a hight school girls basketball team.

Here's mine. The seats start at about 10 feet up from field level. I'm on the electric lift that they use for filming. I used two YN 560 flashes for fill. One lesson I learned on this shoot is to put the smaller count row in front otherwise you end up with a more wedge shaped group with the front wider than the back.

Is this all natural light? I really like this. Very well done.

Yeah all natural light, I was lucky enough to have a overcast day

This is the cheer leading team for my initial post, unfortunately there was a rubbish bin in the RH corner of the shot that I couldn't move
