Yes it is! There had been a couple days of very heavy rain; the river was down a bit from it's highest, but still more water over these falls than I usually see.

Which way did you go? High to low? Or low to high? lol

I went low to high which meant i had to go back down the trail. I think going down was worse.

I did the whole loop, so I walked both down and back up. Parked in Lake Rose Trailhead parking and went down the steepest section (west side) to Waters Meet, headed down to Murray Reynolds Falls, and then back up the east side toward Beachlot #2 Trailhead. Then I took the Highland Trail (or as Johnny Carson would have called it, "The Slauson Cutoff") back to Lake Rose parking lot. Altogether, I guess it was about 3 1/2 miles.
