The top one looks to be the M1128 Mobile Gun System, a Stryker with a 105mm gun mounted.

Nice documentation ... reminds me of the year or so before the first gulf war. There were, literally, miles of M1/M1A Abrams Tanks on trains on every side rail I passed daily.

If it were heading west, it could be going to the huge storage/mothball yards in the Arizona desert.
