My last - 2 hrs to shoot (inside and out) but it was a big house
3 hours in post but that includes a lot of waiting on LR time, uploading to tourbuzz and assembling the tour.
52 images and virtual tour delivered.

Beautiful Ken. How did you process this? LR HDR merge?

No idea Had my editors do it. These of course are jpg, as I do not shoot raw... In the 3 years since I started shoot for money ..yea... I have never had my team say to be...man..ken..we sure could have used a raw file... Just doesn't happen. I;m not saying anyone shouldn't shoot in raw...i;m just saying, i never do. I kinda think a little different than most. I don't get caught up in the how too...i just find people that can do it, and consider it , an expense I can afford. I shoot..and never edit. I leave it to the professional ;0 Don't like spending time at the computer. I rather take the photo..but thats me Ken

Certainly nothing wrong with that! I've attempted to hire someone to edit for me but had some issues with it. A) could not find someone to replicate my style. 2) Unfortunately, could not provide enough work to keep someone working. If I HAVE the time I'm going to do it myself. If I'm too busy I have no problem handing it off but people don't want to get 10 listings one week and none for 2 weeks after. My intentions are to take my business full time and will definitely consider outsourcing the editing when the time comes.

So question for you, do you outsource your work or is this done in-house by an employee of yours?

The second really stands out, it shows the variety of spaces and how they relate to each other, I might have moved a step left and pointed the camera a bit more right, the blank wall on the left side is not as interesting as the fireplace in that seating area to the right.

Same idea with the first image, aim a bit more right to not clip the range, the mirror wall and plant are not as interesting...

the processing is excellent, the windows look natural without being blown out and not so dark they look like paintings, well done.
