I haven't seen any of this flower/grass in this section yet. Arctic cotton, found a nice patch of it in Resolute Bay, NU. Found some other very hardy plants as well.

Not a flower exactly, but bright in an otherwise grey area. The small yellow flowers (Arctic Poppies) grow all over the island.
