^agreed, best roses EVER!
We we spent a bunch of Labor Day on a mountain doing landscape and Milky Way but I did find time for a macro over the weekend, there is something I don't like about it, can't put my finger on it, maybe it's too bright???-

Well I don't like the fact it's a creepy crawlie ߘ, but aside from jokes, I'm wondering if the branch or whatever in the background is so similar in colour to the spider, that it detracts from the spider being centre of attention? The left rear leg of the spider is close to the branch, and the branch almost appears as an extension of the spider?

Still over in Napier - this at Sk8zone. One of the sequences: A1 servo, zone focus with the squares (can't remember what it's called!), and high speed continuous drive. This chap went around waxing edges so the boots don't grab.
