pyrospawn Senior Member More info Post edited over 7 years ago by pyrospawn. | It's a good, but not exceptional walk around lens (used it on the a7ii tho, not the a7rii). IMO it is sharp enough, just lacks something to standout of the pack. I was on vacation with my elderly parents so want to pack light, and the 24-70mm provide that convenience. http://www.flickr.com/photos/pyrospawn/

Awesome shots Charlie. Im think about getting one, even after the a7rii craze. I feel thats just too many megapixels. Does the IBIS work with the adaptors and non sony lenses ? https://500px.com/chriskennedydotphoto

yes, just set the focal length for IBIS, and presto, stabilized. I usually shoot 1/125 for events, and I get sharp shots all day with that shutter speed and 200mm lens, so by my standards, ~3 or more stops with that particular lens.
