Wow, quick start already this week!!

I like that curved staircase John! I hope I can find something like that somewhere.

I like the stepping stones, Oh. Nice interpretation!

So, did you hold the ladder AND take the photo? That's a cool idea, Dave.

Here are some steps at my workplace (on the other side of the building).

Experimental shots from the bottom of our stairs with long exposures and deliberate motion blur. The stairs are quite ordinary, but I tried for a ghostly "haunted house" effect.

Now with the interior light off. Most of the light comes from the porch light behind me.

The interval between these two holes on the clarinet is one whole step.

Nice color contrast Benitoite and you got me thinking about different steps.

I like brownies. This recipe has four "steps" for making gourmet mint brownies. Enjoy.

Don, some hilly streets here have stone staircases just like yours, complete with ground cover and overhanging trees. That photo could have been local. Benitoite and Don, expanding into nonliteral interpretations: your creativity is showing!

Running boards are a kind of step, and they've made a comeback. I saw several today as I walked past parked cars and trucks. Maybe they're called something else now.

It was a long and lonely walk under the hot sun for these. In a degraded, deserted and somewhat scary place.

Nice stairs there Stetzam! It makes me want to go to the Winchester Mystery House and photograph all those stairs to nowhere.

Joeseph, love that shot.

Thank you! I very seldom have my camera with me around town as I've usually got too much else to carry around. Got a couple of others I should get posted later.
