I'm using a 70D mostly for inside studio macro shots but have discovered my favorite field macro rig to be a GH4+Venus macro lens. It's just lighter than the 70D and being mirrorless the GH4 makes the Venus a pleasure to use. So early this morning I'm killing time waiting on the UPS man-

The works of an old watch. These are usually shot parallel to the sensor, but with focus stacking, we can get front-to-back sharpness shooting at an angle.
