Not really a bird photographer, but did some bird shooting just to test a camera/lens combo. Taken with a Fuji X-E2 and 55-200mm lens

nice capture....

Can I offer a bit of advice on what appears to me as a blue color cast ?....Looks like you may have increased blue/cyan color saturation slightly in order to get the water a bit bluer.?...Or perhaps auto whitebalance has just got it wrong ...which has inturn cast blue/cyan into the bird. You can get that out easily by using the whitebalance eyedrop and taking a reading under his beak where it looks like there are white feathers... ......Just read from there and whitebalance should correct itself and blue cast will disappear
